## Investment management (Personal Index Portfolios)

| Assets under management | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| First $1 million | 1.0% |
| Over $1 million to $10 million | 0.85% |
| Over $10 million | Negotiable |

Tiered: each rate applies only to assets within that band. Includes values-based screens.

## Active tax management (optional)

Available for taxable accounts; separate fee quoted in the advisory agreement. Clients who elect it receive an annual estimated Taxes Saved report.

## Financial planning

Included as part of the investment management fee. There is no separate planning charge; comprehensive planning advice is available to every client who wants it, on a continuous basis.
